By placing an order with That Foreign Chick’s Bakery, you agree to the following:

• All baked goods are made fresh to order.

• Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Pickup and delivery times are agreed in advance. Please arrive on time to ensure the best quality of your order.

• Because baked goods are perishable, all sales are final (see Refund Policy below for exceptions).

• I am not responsible for allergies or reactions if ingredients were disclosed in advance. Please notify me of any allergies when ordering.
